Spicy lamb Kebabs

Does anyone have a good recipe for lamb kebabs using lamb mince chilli and corriander

Could you adapt this? It looks amazing. Chilli instead of cayenne? Corriander instead of the other herbs?

I have a very simple recipe:

I use 500g mince, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp chilli pdr, 1 tsp ground coriander, 1 tsp ground cumin, chopped green chilli to taste and a handful of fresh chopped coriander. 1/2 onion, 1 slice of bread.

Whizz the bread in food processor to bread crumbs. Take out. Whizz onion so very finely chopped, add breadcrumbs and spices and whizz together.

Mix with lamb mince - by hand not in processor and form into kebabs or patties.

I sometimes add 1 or 1/2 egg if I have it. But might make it too sloppy for kebabs on skewers. Ok for patties.

I use this for sausage rolls too - just roll out ready made puff pastry and use as filling.
