I'd like to make coronation chicken, so I've looked up some coronation chicken recipes and confused myself.
I'd like to make simple coronation chicken, so cooked chicken, mayonnaise, curry paste, and mango chutney (I think). But most of the curry pastes that I've seen are a particular kind of curry (e.g. Thai green, Balti etc.). The only generic curry paste that I've seen (Patak's) has to be cooked before it's eaten.
