i didn't have enough butter to make the full quantity so have halved all the ingredients.

Should I also halve the cooking time? They've been in for 25 minutes and are calling me to go and check on them

Did you not have any marg? I never use butter for these (make them just about ever week for the boys) and have done a batch today too. Although some person in this family decided whilst they were cooling in the tin to eat all four corners

No, I don't have marg.

I got distracted and they ended up staying in for 45 minutes. The tin is just cooling and I'll go and move the contents to a cooling rack in a mo. I did remove a little wedge corner and it tastes good!
