Jubilee street party menus

Thought I'd start a thread where we can share ideas for street party menus. Our street is having a barbecue, with every family contributing some other salads etc. I'll leave the meaty stuff to DH and concentrate on the more interesting stuff. I've decided I'll definitely be making the following but need to add to it so please share your ideas/recipes.

The coconut, mango and rice salad in Fay Ripley's new book
Charred sweetcorn salsa
Some sort of focaccia (possibly with chorizo)
A rhubarb and custard cake
Fairy cakes for the kids to decorate with wafer pictures of her maj
A cocktail of some description - am intrigued by the one being advertised for the Observer Food Monthly this week (gin, tea and strawberries)

Anyone else?

Just seen a recipe for strawberry and elderflower sponge that I might do instead of the rhubarb...

I think you have to have Coronation chicken!

And perhaps Ma'amite sandwiches?

I was just coming on here to start the same thread so good call!

My friend is having a garden ok patio party and she's making a cake decorated with blueberries and raspberries made into a union jack.

There's also a barbecue and lots of bunting obviously.

I suggested people wear red, white or blue too.

Cucumber sandiwches
Eton mess with blueberries as well as strawberries to get the red/white/blue
Earl grey tea loaf
