Defrosted beef

I froze some stewing steak which I defrosted yesterday to use today.
I am now not planning on using it today, and wondered how long it is ok to leave it in the fridge for before using or throwing away?

If you froze it when fresh, 2-3 days. If you froze it on it's expiry date, I'd use it tomorrow at the latest.

Or you could cook it today, and refreeze.

stick it in your slow cooker or make a casserole, then freeze that.
