I have made a few batches of food for my 3 year old dd - I made a portion of mince, 2 portions mince with chopped tomatoes, 2 portions boiled chiken - I have let them cool so can I now put them in freezer. And will I just take it out and put in fridge on morning of the day I am going to use it.

I was going to use the mince just for basic mince with potatoe croquets, 1 of the mince with chopped tomatoes for bolognese with pasta and 1 of the chickens with smiley faces and gravy.

I would like to use the other mince with chopped toamatoes for a chillie and the other chicken for a curry so does anyone have any idea how to make these without me using jars?

yes just take them out when you want them in the morning for them to defrost.

Chilli - add: green peppers, oregano, chilli powder, cumin powder and kidney beans - cook until kidney beans/peppers are soft. You may need to add a bit more liquid - either more tomatoes (that's what I'd do) or a slug of wine or even stock.

Curry - if you want a mildish one, add chilli, turmeric, cream, curry paste (not sauce), fresh coriander. Can also add in tomatoes (fresh) and/or chick peas.
Add more cream to make it milder.

Thanks hazellnut - you must be a whizz in the kitchen - I was just so proud that I browned some mince and boiled some chicken

For spag bol I would add a little chopped pepper and a few sliced mushrooms, maybe some italian seasoning and some chopped, fried onions. TBH I would have done that before freezing then all you have to do is add pasta. Like hazellnut says with the chilli you may need more liquid.

Also with the curry you could add natural yoghurt to replace all or part of the cream.
