Nick Jr Nicktrition - help with a recipe please!

Anyone who watches Nick jr and sees the nicktrition bit I need some help. There's a girl and her mum doing roast veg and feta cheese and it looks absolutely yummy. But how hot an oven and for how long do you think?
The whole family thinks it looks great so am desperate to make it.

about 40 mins ish at about 200. Check then Add the feta for the another ten mins.

What veg you putting in it? The root veg needs to be smaller because theyare hard they take the longest
