How do you make guacamole?

I need to make some, don't like it myself but there we go!

Any recipes gratefully received!

I do:

half a v finely chopped onion and a clove of garlic, crushed
1 or half (depending on heat) finely chopped red chilli
2 mashed avocados
big squeeze of lime juice
salt and pepper

I hate the idea of tomato in it, though lots of recipes call for it.

I hate tomato in it too - and a friend of mine adds mayonnaise which is just wrong :) You need garlic, avocado, lime, chilli, coriander. To taste.

avocados- mash two into a bowl
squeeze over juice of half a lime
add crushed clove of garlic
add half a finley shopped red chill
add 6 de-seeded cherry toms finely diced
add half a red onion finely diced
salt and pepper
a handful of rough chop fresh coriander.

Delicious every time!

Coriander - yes of course. I put that in too!
