look up the abel & cole website for savory recipes
our favorites are:
carrot/coconut mash
spicy seedy carrot salad

make thick marmalade with grated carrot and grapefruit.

grate carrots and soak in orange juice. Add a dash of cinnamon, makes a lovely fresh dessert.
Also a great base to soak muesli.
