Whatever you want to call them.

What are your faves?

At least twice per week, I have to feed my family in stages and a big pot of something that can be dipped into and then left for the next marauder really helps.

I did a pork one with apples and cider and sage & onion stuffing to thicken it the other week and it was bloody lush!

Links to recipes greatly appreciated. Or even vague tips would do Grin.

I love sausage casserole, with lovely butcher's sausages.

Sausages - brown them in a pan. Add tin of tomatoes, tin of butter beans, tin of cannellini (?) beans, chopped onion, bit of chopped celery. Maybe some garlic, or peppers if they're in. A little bit of stock. Season. Bring to boil then transfer to a casserole dish in the oven on gas mark 3/4 for a couple of hours. You can keep in simmering in the pan on the hob instead if you like. Lovely with rice or roast potatoes.
