Pataks cook in sauces

It says on the jar, after opening use immediately. Usually these type of jars(different brands) say use within 3 days. I don't know what's different about this particular brand.

Do you think it will be ok to keep the half used jar in the fridge until the next day or should I use it all and reheat half the next day?

Thanks.

It's a korma sauce, just in case that makes a difference. But it also says use immediately on the others such as tikka masala.

Well i dont know but i generally cook the lot and then scoff freeze half.
But then as my name reveals, i am on a huge money saving push, so for me it creates a free meal for the enxt week.

So you think it would definitely be ok to reheat even though it says use immediately?

I usually avoid these particular sauces for this reason but it was on offer.

Thanks.
