Lentil and ham stew
Put some in cauliflower/macaroni cheese
Ham croquettes
Pea and ham soup

or sliced with egg and chips...

Ooh tethers! Reminiscent of a wonderful brekky I had in Paris many years ago, frazzled ham, fried eggs and crusty bread. Simple is best eh? Thanks everyone for your suggestions.
