Dinner suggestions please?

Anyone? It needs to be vegetarian, not take 2 hours, and, ideally, not use more than 2 pans as all the bloody dishes are dirty

We are having chicken Caesar salad with wedges. You could leave out the chicken. And have cheese or eggs if you eat them?

Do you have the RiverCottage Veg everyday book? There are some amazing and quick meals in there, such as macaroni peas or chickpea & ketchup curry.

thanks, both of you :) I don't have space in my cookbookshelf so DH doesn't want me to buy another cookbook until we get rid of one of the ones we don't use the Veg Everyday book, but macaroni and peas IS available online... I'll see if we have the ingredients for that. :)
