I've finally purchased one after hearing so many good things about them. Any suggestions for tasty recipes? This thing ought to pay for itself in no time with the money saved on cheaper cuts of meat and we generally love stews, casseroles, currys etc. I cant wait to give it a whirl!

Throw some beef strips, stock and veg and potatoes in. I don't brown the meat, as have it on so long, but some do. Add a bit of worcstershire sauce to taste, some chilli seeds maybe. Make it up!
I cook it on low for about 12 hours, put on before bed for lunch next day etc.

Try lasagne etc too.
I really need to do more with mine..
