So, how mad am I to want to try and make one? I was thinking off adding some broken up meringues to a layer of buttercream.

I think I might try it on Tuesday as it's a bank holiday here so I'll have all day to faff about be creative in the kitchen!

Has anyone here actually tried to make one before? If so are there any vital tips I need to know first?
