Chocolate and cornflakes - literally.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stir in some cornflakes, put the mixture into cake cases, and put in the fridge to set.

Melt a block of catering milk chocolate in a bowl, over a pan of boiling water.

Add a spoonful of golden syrup.

Stir in lots of cornflakes, make sure they are all well coated.

Spoon into cake cases and leave to set.

Eat!

We always add a spoonful of butter and one of golden syrup to the chocolate - not sure why, but my mum always did and so did DH's! It does give a nice glossy finish...
