I have a carton of italian tomatoes with chilli to use up. It also has oregano, basil, garlic extract and cumin extract added.
I was thinking chicken, onion, maybe extra garlic, some mixed herbs and serve with pasta. I think this would work out but not sure how hot the chilli is going to be or if it would need some extra spices. I have the usual spices in; cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, turmeric, paprika and ginger.
Any suggestions what else I could add or if this sounds ok.
