No not for the kids.. I'm a working mum and life is tiring and hectic but lately I have got myself a little more organised in that I now prepare a healthy lunch the night before and can't believe what I've saved in £ and lbs. I also made coleslaw mentioned, really simple and way better than shop bought I make up a big batch and there is also a recipe for muffins which are a big hit with the kids. Anyway just thought I'd pass this on it certainly saves on the pennies.
