Full Fat Milk vs Semi Skimmed

Have 2 dd's one age 2 one age 4. Both are really good eaters and have good diets. Do I still need to give them Full fat milk or can I change to Semi Skimmed?

I gave mine ss from this age, simply so we didn't have 2 milks in the fridge
