How Do I Make Lemon Chicken

Ds went to friends house and had fab lemon chicken and rice a few weeks agao - I wnated to make it but how?, i thought it was the battered - covered in chinese sauce but no it was lemon s and chicken breast in a lemony souce - any ideas thnaks

I do a marinated honey and lemon chicken if thats any use to you?

It's gorgeous and dead easy.

All you need is lemon juice, ground ginger and honey, then leave it to marinate for as long as possible. It's really tasty.
