Havent seen the second book, but I have her first book and have used it loads, really easy family friendly recipes!

Just made the lasagne. Looks ok.
I added some bayleaves to the lentils, and needed a bit more sauce.
We shall see what mrrobertduvall and the dcs think.

I saw her make a Bakewell cake on tv, with raspberries and jam. It looked really good. I would have to make one just for me to try first obviously! Don't want to inflict cake on the family if I don't have too!

I have made the sticky snags, the colly jackets, the carrot cake and others which I can't remember. All were good and I'm considering getting her first book.

We have had the lasagne and the fish cakes. Most seem quite quick perhaps could use a bit more seasoning.

The banana and chocolate cake looks nice.

Lasagne went down a storm...next time I would put more garlic in.

First book was fab, especially her spaghetti Bol recipe and frozen custards. Will put her second on the wish list Smile
