Sheeps milk ice cream refreezing question....

OK so I have a lot of defrosted sheeps milk in my fridge. (I just do ok?!)
The recipe for ice cream says heat it til hot, but don't let it boil.... Does this count as cooking in between freezing iyswim? Or do I have to think of an alternative cunning plan for a lot of milk?

I would not risk it. The cooking rule is for tempreture over time and I don't think it will be hot enough or long enough.
