marzetta (sp?) anyone know recipe for this

does anyone know how to make marzetta- think that's how you spell it involves pasta and mince

Don't hav a recipe Tasa but a little local teashop used to do it & I think it just tasted like sloppy lasagne with mushrooms & some other veg IIRC.

My friend makes this- is there a can of soup involved too? She calls it mazetti. I'll google for you.

This sounds a bit like it and I suppose you could use pasta instead of noodles- here

My mums recipe is

1lb mince and chopped onion, fried off
Pasta. Cooked. No idea how much.
1 Tin campbells condensed tom
1 tin campbells condensed mushroom
Loads of red leicester

All bunged together in cass dish and cooked 1hr at 180.

Serve with bread
