Creamy meatball sauce, like IKEA?

Does anyone know how to make this or where to buy it (not IKEA its a bit far for a couple of packets of meatball sauce!)

There is a Jamie Oliver recipe for it- it is a mix of stock , cream (or you can thicken with flour) and all spice for flavour. Will try and find a link.
