ho to do those breakfast pancakes like Mcd's

I want to do something different for breakfast . I want to do those small thick pancakes like mcd's sell , like those ones they have in the U.S. like Pretty Woman had for breakfast

Anyone know a recipe??

This one never fails me.

Cup of self raising flour, cup of milk, single egg. Dash of baking powder if you like but I never bother. Beat together, cook. Very easy, I never bother with a recipe.

exactly what I had in mind and I have all the ingredients !

i use a similar recipe to winkly's but use self raising flour instead of faffing with baking powder.

I use the same recipe as Winkly but leave out the salt. Adding even a pinch made them taste really salty to me.

I slather mine in maple syrup so perhaps that's why I don't notice the salt!

Jamie olivers recipe is good. Bit of faffing around but worth it IMO
