Does anyone have a mincer to make mince ( meat)?
My mum gave me hers but it was so ancient I threw it out- it was a bit rusty.
I want one to mince lamb etc for cottage pies- I don't like lamb mince as it's so fatty. I like to buy diced leg / cold joint etc and mince myself. I have used a (old) food processor but it doesn't mince, it really grinds too finely.
Has anyone got a machine that makes mince and if so what?
