Mushroom sauce

Anyone know how to make a really easy mushroom sauce to go with chicken?

Campbells condensed mushroom soup.

I fry some chopped mushrooms in a pan with some garlic and salt and pepper and add a tub of creme fraiche - stir and simmer for a couple of minutes - voila! Yummy with chicken or steak.

Fry some very finely chopped onions, add mushrooms, garlic and wine/sherry and fry til dry, then add cream. Yum.
