IAmBooyhoo · 10/04/2012 01:52

SkipTheLightFanjango · 10/04/2012 01:56

Beans and mushrooms..lush!

RubyFakeNails · 10/04/2012 02:03

This one I discovered by way of a deaf cafe worker. The best ever is....

Beans and Coleslaw. Personally I like a bit of tabasco mixed in with the beans beforehand, then put the coleslaw on top and sprinkle with a handful of grated double gloucester.

Bit odd sounding but is truly delicious.

IAmBooyhoo · 10/04/2012 02:16

what had you actually asked for ruby?

PotteringAlong · 10/04/2012 02:32

Cook the potato. Scoop out the middle and mash with cheese and ham, butter, black pepper, spring onion and a little milk. Pack it back into the skins and bake for 5 more mins. Nothing nicer!

NoMoreMarbles · 10/04/2012 02:37

Spring onion, cottage cheese and a bit of ham thrown on top... Mmmmmmmm seriously! Mmmmm

SleepySuzy · 10/04/2012 04:02

Cheese and beans, topped off with some well fried onions. Yummy!

OldLadyKnowsNothing · 10/04/2012 04:05

Back in the days when Spud U Like were a national chain, I often had cottage cheese and mushrooms with double garlic butter. Still love cottage cheese.

FondleWithCare · 10/04/2012 04:13

Vegetable curry or scoop out the middle and mix with egg, spring onion and feta.

Rillyrillygoodlooking · 10/04/2012 05:37

Coleslaw and sweetcorn. Or cheese and sweetcorn or cheese and coleslaw. Or cheese and coleslaw and sweetcorn!

TitsalinaBumSquash · 10/04/2012 05:46

A veggie chilli is always a winner or baby courgette sautéed with thyme and a bit of garlic and sprinkled with cheese. Smile

hophophippidtyhop · 10/04/2012 06:39

leek, mushrooms and cheese

chickydoo · 10/04/2012 06:44

Grated carrot & cheese is a favourite of mine...

pollywollywoowah · 10/04/2012 07:23

Cheese and coleslaw. Lots of both. Plus butter underneath. Healthy, like.

chopchopbusybusy · 10/04/2012 07:28

Spicy refried beans with melted cheese. Or houmous or houmous and coleslaw.

ripsishere · 10/04/2012 07:56

Butter obviously, not that wussy Lurpack, it's got to be properly salty butter. Then cheese, good strong cheddar preferably. I don't hold with these fancy pants paneer and spinach or coleslaw or carrot concoctions.
All you really need is cheese and butter.

StarlightMcEggsie · 10/04/2012 08:14

Microwave potato a bit. Take potato insides out and mix in a bowl with butter cheese and cream (chopped bacon optional), put back in potato case and put in oven.

Yum

TeacupTempest · 10/04/2012 08:16

Leeks and garlic mushrooms

lucky4 · 10/04/2012 08:25

faintpinkline · 10/04/2012 09:45
