Having exhausted both Fay Ripley books I could really do with some new recipes.
What cook books have relatively simple recipes with normal ingredients?

I like the GoodFood Cookbook- very nicely laid out into everyday and weekend ideas. We use this as our staple.

Have to say I have a lot & I really like the new Hugh F.W. veg every day.

But the most well used is Delia Smiths. It's just got everything you need & more.
