Getting ready for the big Easter dinner tomorrow and I'm wondering whether to let my husband deep fry the turkey or do it in the oven like we've always done?
He borrowed the oudoor deep fryer from a friend at work and I know everyone says that it locks in the moisture better, but my oven turkey has always been a hit with the whole family. I really don't know if I want to change things. Also, what about the stuffing - won't it get oily?
Any experiences to share?
