Help - Does anyone have a book called Cookery in Colour?

....and if so could they possibly dinky the hugest of favours and look up a recipe called Apple Danish Pudding and post it here? I am at the MIL's house and she has asked me to make it for tomorrow but I can't for the life of me remember the quantities or timing in the oven. Would be eternally grateful!

I have it - it was my mum's staple recipe book when I was a child and she bought me a copy when I left home !

2 large cooking apples, lemon juice, 100g butter, 100g sugar, 1 egg, 200g flour, (+1tsp baking powder if plain flour), 1/4 tsp salt, 50g sultanans, 25g peanuts,1/2 tsp ground ginger, 2 dessertspns brown sugar

180 oc/GM4 for 50-55mins.
