Fresh trout ideas

Sent husband out to get our pizzas out of freezer for dinner and he comes back into the lounge with a fresh river trout cleaned gutted and deheaded ! Neighbour had been fishing!!
So any ideas as I've never cooked trout before [bublush]

Ha ha, funnily enough my DH is out fishing for trout at the moment - maybe he'll come back with frozen pizza though.

Anyway, if you're any good at filleting them, then tangy trout is a good simple recipe.
