I'm trying to broaden my range of meals. Can anyone suggest a good book, website etc. for quick veggie recipes that don't involve loads of ingredients? Am happy to eat yoghurt-weaving lentil / nuts things!

I love Rose Elliot's cook books, a bit old school, but they contain simple basic ingredients. My favourite is get book about beans....

She really is my face veggie cookery writer, it doesn't cost a bomb to cook her recipes and they are all really tasty, enjoy! Smile

Check out 101 cookbooks blog. Very pretty photos and unusual but tasty things. I love it and have bought both her books. I'm not a veggie but only eat meat 1-2 a week and this gave me all sorts of new ideas. Also, have you got plenty by Ottolenghi? It is ace. The green pancakes with lime butter are gorgeous, probably on the net somewhere x

(bt I'd be lying of I said the pancakes didn't have quite a few ingredients Blush)

I use the good food magazine website. I don't search just the veggie recipes, some of the best ones i've tried have been 'meat based' that I just left out the meat or substituted Quorn or chick peas or whatever. Really helped when I got stuck in a food rut.

That blog's lovely, thanks. And will check out the good food site. I am quite intimidated by Ottolenghi because of the ingredients and it all seems time consuming (and I'm impatient about cooking), but will have another look. Thanks all!
