in a normal oven?

does anyone know how? or is it the same and you just knead it all together and guess at how long to cook it for?

Generally you want to bake it at as high a heat as your oven will go to for about 20 minutes (2lb loaf) and then turn down to Gas 6 (200 deg.C) for a further 20 minutes, when it should be done. Test that it sounds hollow on the bottom. Obviously for a smaller loaf, it needs to be cooked for less time (small rolls are about 10 minutes.
