Have some chicken stock leftover from the chicken thighs I roasted earlier. Have drained off the fat and now looking for a use for it. We are not keen on risotto and don't do much soup however any good soup recipes considered as well as other ideas so as not to waste it.

Freeze it until you need it in a recipe

Use instead of milk in a white sauce?

Freeze it then use for gravy, or in a casserole, or in a pie

Freeze it.

But how can you not be keen on risotto? I saw your thread title and came over straight away to say Jamie Oliver's pea and prawn risotto is the single most delicious thing in the whole wide world!

risotto!!!!!!!!!!!

It is in the freezer just waiting on me. It's the texture of risotto I dislike and don;t like anything creamy which I found risotto to be.
