Cooking Easter lunch for 30 - help with quantities please

I need some advice on quantities. I was thinking of doing a whole salmon and a cold roast ham (3.3kg). If I served this with loads of salads and bread etc, would it be enough to feed 30 people?

3.3kg is about 7 lbs isn't it? I think that's pushing it a bit, even with a whole salmon... could you add a couple of cold roast chickens too?

7lb ham should feel about 15 ppl as a main meat, or up to about 20 as a buffet dish...

Although, I always prefer to make ridiculous amounts just in case, and you get bonus leftovers for cooking with ;)

Good luck! x

Thanks so much. I've bOught a turkey too, ditched the salmon and hot a huge silverside joint as well as the ham. I've never knowingly under catered!
