what the heck can I make from this lot?

My dh's mate is delivering for Abel and Cole and suddenly I am inundated with leftover veg. Lovely position to be in, especially as we are veggie. However, I seem to be having a bit of a 'rabbit in the headlights' moment faced with all this good stuff. Can you help?
3 leeks
1 lg sweet potato
dozen carrots
onions
potatoes
punnet corn salad
2 lg heads of broc
1/2 cauli
1sm red 1sm orange pepper
bunch pak choi
3 parsnips
loads of eggs from our chux

any suggestions gratefully received

Lentil soup, ratouille, veggie quiche type thing, veg Thai green curry, sweet potato and carrot soup??

Roast the root veggies and onions with some cloves of garlic and rosemary sprigs. The eggs would make a terrific Frittata with some shredded peppers, potatoes and pak choi. Cauliflower, leeks and broccoli in cheese sauce with pasta shapes would make a lovely Veggie Pasta Bake or ten...

thanks folks am roasting the root veggies as per ces suggestion. however, do the cauli leeks broc in cheese sauce a lot so Googled roasting broc and cauli and found loads of 5 starred reviewed recipes saying how delish it is roasted with olive oil then with lemon juice and parmesan at the end will try and report back. will prob stir fry the rest, or make pasties. Thanks anyway. Was having a real brain melt day and just couldn't think of any ideas at all!!!
