Gingerbread Men receipe please..

I only have one and it's from a toddlers meal book and they always turnout rubbish.

Anyone got a nice easy one please?

I just use normal cookie recipe and add ginger, they arent as dark or hard.

made the gingerbread men earlier - ds1 loves them, but like AM says bit hard on little teeth - ds2 took one bite and left it - but he likes shop bought. will make him some ginger cookies later.

i would say though if their 'ickly toofypegs' are too delicate to eat gingerbread you really should just eam 'em all up yourself
