I always find that homemade pizza and salad goes down well, especially if the weather is nice. What about homemade meatballs and spaghetti or spaghetti putanesca. I find that Italian type foods are the simplist to make and usually go down very well.

This is a lovely dish for a summers day, Pan fried fish with a mixed beans masala. quick to prepare. Fry 1 medium onion and 1 tsp of cumin seeds cook for a minute then ann 1 tsp of crushed garlic, salt, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tblsp of corriander powder, good pinch of chilli powder or fresh chillies and a good squeeze of lemon cook, stir well then add 2 cubed tomatoes, cook for 10 minutes now add 1 tin of drained mixed beans[pulses] cook for a further 5 minutes add a little water then garnish with corriander leaves. now pan fry your fish steaks in a little oil skin side down making sure your pan is hot cook till skin nice and crispy then turn over and cook for 1 minute, season with salt pepper and a squeeze of lemon , layer the bean masala onto a plate then lay the fish on top, serve with a mixed salad, enjoy

Have decided on home made pizza, salad, new potatoes. Lemon tart with creme fresh or cheeky chocolate pots.
