it should have instructions on the pack, basically all I do is put some in a bowl, cover with boiling water from kettle to about 1cm over the level of the couscous, add asprinkle of olive oil,put tight lid on and leave for about 10-15 mins. All the water should be absorbed, fluff with fork and serve with roast wegetables such as peppers ,courgettes, tomatoes, garlic anything realy.

depends what one you got the one we get you have to add boiling water to it and bring to boil en leave it for 5mins off the heat. Then you stir it on the heat for 1 min.

I usually do mine with some powdered veg stock - just sprinkle in a couple of teaspoons, pour over boiling water until the level of the water is about 1/2cm above the couscous.

Cover with a tea towel and then leave for about 10 mins to fluff up.

I often serve it with oven roasted vegetables or ratatouille. It is yummy with left over roast lamb chopped through, with fresh mint and a few chopped pistachio nuts.

It is very flexible - so just experiment and see what you like

instructions on pack but cook mine in veg stock and have roasted veggies and sometimes chicken too

sometimes we have cous cous instead of rice as a side dish type thing

We cook frozen special mixed veg (the one with all the peppers, sweetcorn, mange tout etc) in chicken stock, and once it's done add the dried cous cous. Once the cous cous/veggie mix is nice and fluffy add bits of cooked chicken and crispy bacon. Yum.

I just fry up some onions, garlic, chicken breast and some mixed pepppers...then add a sachet of satay sauce. Blob that on top of some couscous....yummy.

Tesco do lots of lovely couscous flavours that really help to spice it up. We have lemon and black pepper, med veg and a couple of others that i have yet to try.

I also get a pack of slimming world/princes red pepper and chilli tuna, mix with couscous (cooked) and loads of finely diced veg and mix together and add lemon juice/tabasco/black pepper. Very yum.

Add some raw red onion, cherry tomatoes and feta cheese - yummy. Tastes even better cold from the fridge the next day..
