Green tea for 1 year old?

I drink a lot of green tea and wondered if it would be ok to give it to my one year old.

anything except whole nuts (and things high in salt etc) are fine to feed a one year old (oh and alcoholic drinks!)

Green tea still contains caffeine though, so you might want to watch how much s/he has. I don't give tea of any description as it apparently interferes with the absorption of zinc, but again if you give it moderation it should be OK.
