to go with potato rosti and salad?

and how long to cook for? I am pretty rubbish at cooking chops but they were reduced :)

On marinade - olive oil and lemon (a bit more olive oil to lemon) and chopped thyme and rosemary. chopped garlic is optional. Delicious and very simple.

On how long to cook, that's more difficult. Depends on how thick they are and how well done you like them. If they're thin, I'd cook them on a fairly high heat for just a few minutes each side. If they're thick, cook on a medium high heat for a bit longer each side (this will make them still slightly pink. Cook for longer if you like your chops well done).

Marinade for lamb cutlets; 1 tblsp of dijon mustard, salt coarse b/pepper pepper, 1 tsp of dry thyme, rind and juice of a lemon, paprika, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1 heap tsp of grated ginger, add all the ingredients to a bowl mix then add the chops leave to marinade or cook sraight away, make sure the griddle pan is very hot then cook chops 4 at a time for 3-4 minutes on each side or cook under the griddle or even spread out in an oven tray bake for 20 minutes at 180.
