mum's 65th birthday meal

My siblings have decided that we will all do a course for her birthday and i've got puddings - 8 adults, 5 small children under 6.

Any bright ideas - preferably something i can do on friday and still be nice on sunday?

Donna Hay does an absolutely foolproof chocolate tart - one bowl. And I find it gets more dense with a few days in the fridge, making it even nicer. If you're interested, I'll track down the recipe?

found it online easily. I find Green and Black's 70% works better than my usual Lindt.
