Thinking of trying this for Thursday or Friday evening for me, DP and the boy. As I've not done it before I would like to follow a recipe that someone else's family already loves Grin

I have used a recipe on the bbc good food website. It was very tasty, not sure how authentic it is but everyone here ate it.
