Help with a herbed lentils recipe, please.

Does anyone have a recipe, that they'd recommend, for herbed green lentils to go with sausages? I fancy giving this a try next week.

I do something very similar to this in a veggie version, using up all the random bits of veg in the fridge, fried up first and added to the dish. Whatever herbs I have lying around, or fresh from the garden. Plus parmesan stirred through at the end.

Whole family love it, we have it as main with crusty bread and salad. Sometimes with fried halloumi cheese.

My Mum sent me this recipe a while ago; it's a favourite; don't know who it'd go with sausages though; we're all vegetarians :)
