Lean Beef Steak? Now what ...

Today is one of those days when i have no desire to cook but must.
I'm on the Low Carb diet so whatever i have has to be different for DH.

I have 2 packs of lean beef steak. Was thinking some sort of Thai Curry - is beef ok in that?

Or do you have any fabulous and easy ideas for a Fri night that you can share??!! TIA

thai beef curry sounds a little odd to me. am i too late to help? What cut is the steak?
