I make truffles for a living.(Just quit my real job)
But I'm making it up as I go along so I'm looking for recipes please.

My most popular creation is chocolate & Baileys Liqueur.
So what would make your perfect chocolate treat?

I already do a cherry brandy one, with Dark Belgian Chocolate.
Can't believe it.
Thought that a room full of mums would be the perfect people to ask this.
Aren't you all chocoholics?
