And I'm not afraid to use it!!!!

Ok I'm dying to use it but what can I make? I always make buns so I'm a bit bunned up...

To get maximum use out of your whisk make semifreddo. You need to whisk egg yolks, egg whites and whip cream. Angela Harnett's chocolate and vanilla one is partiularly good.
