It's DH's birthday, so we are in the market for a really really nice still mooing rib eye steak. Ordinarily I'd serve up with sautes/home made chips and a salad, but just wondered if anyone had any other ideas on a suitable serving?
Important that the steak is "au natrel" ie. no fancy sauces etc, as it is stonking steak that speaks for itself and is best left alone, but just wanted to be a bit more exciting than chips and salad to go with....
