baby breadsticks

my ds loves bread, and tried breadsticks at a friends house, but i now can't find them in shops anywgere except on the net and ones for adults seem to have high salt content, does anyone have a breadstick recipe please?

The amount of salt in breadsticks is the same as it is in normal bread, so if you're feeding him that, breadsticks will be fine. Just give him the plain ones and not the gourmet type if you're worried about extra salt from flavourings etc.

This one is so easy and so nice that DS will have to fight the rest of the family to get any. Don't need that amount of salt. I usually just use a little sprinkle.
